Commencement of the event is subject to minimum numbers and weather conditions. If minimum numbers have not been met 12 hours prior to the event, the event will be cancelled and you will be refunded. If rain is predicted for the time the event will take place, the event will be cancelled and you will be refunded. Communication of any cancellation will be emailed or texted to the contact details given during checkout.
